Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Arabella-Bodensee, Kornstr. 3, 88045 Friedrichshafen, Phone: +49 1590 1053705, Email: info@arabella-bodensee.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions or Extinguishment of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Contracts for the supply of goods if they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control.
Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and provision of other services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision.
